Ludovic brings to our Clients 20 years of experience in various industries such as Bank, Energy, Services, Industry and Public Organizations. He is a recognized sparing partner, and a trusted advisor, for several CIOs of large and complex companies and organizations.

His expertise of IT organizations transformation programs both in CIO leadership roles and as an external program director is a key asset to scope, and implement, complex change programs. Focused on implementation, he always challenges feasibility during the design phase of a program. He always pays special attention to change management both in the IT organization and among its various stakeholders.

Ludovic is passionate about human challenges and focused at simplifying complexity. He is results oriented and very pragmatic in his way of implementing transformations.

Career Path

Ludovic starts his career in 1995 as an IT operational manager in the French Post.

For more than 10 years, he manages IT teams of up to 1800 people. He drives some major transformation programs such as the creation of the global service desk and the carve out from the Group Organization of the IT mailing business line.

In 2007, he creates the Group CIO function in Eiffage to deliver global services to all business lines. He sets up a new organization and builds global capabilities.

In 2010 he joins Société Générale to prepare and then lead the transformation of the IT function.

Ludovic then decides in 2011 to start a new activity as consultant and interim manager. He notably supports GDF-Suez, CDC or Alstom on major IT organization transformation programs.
