Xavier brings to our Clients more than 20 years of experience in sourcing project driven and marketing investment management for FMCG and Industrial worldwide companies. He is a recognized sourcing partner, and a trusted advisor, for several senior marketing executives of listed companies.

His expertise of high marketing investment is a key asset to scope, as well as complex sourcing programs. He has led a lot of classic sourcing strategy and marketing sourcing transformation approaches, together with solid leader program roles.

Xavier is passionate about managing e-commerce / digital partner our Media / Creative Agencies program in any kind of spend with local or international organization. He demonstrates a unique ability to lead sourcing program without disrupting any key branding investment.

Xavier is a member of the World Federation for Advertisers in Geneva.


Career Path

Xavier starts his career in 1989 as a buyer for Lactalis dairy company and then managed quality and plant (130 FTE).

For more than 15 years, he managed Europe and global Marketing Investment going through various Merger & Acquisition ROI program, traveling across the globe from the US to Asia, to Russia.

In 2012, Xavier joins Electrolux reporting to VP Indirect Sourcing and to the Chief Marketing Officer. He is part of the E-commerce project.

Xavier joined Synapscore in 2015 with the motivation to be part of a brand new business model in the B2B Corporate Services industry.
